Nursery question…help 😭😭
Feel like the worst mum in the world! My little girl is 9.5 months old and she started nursery on Tuesday.. in the same nursery as her big sister who is 2.5!
2 days in a row nursery have rang me saying she won’t eat much of the food and they aren’t sure what to do with her.. we have no choice but to send her as I will be going back to work in a week! I took a bit of time off to sort the house out etc before going back to work, and mainly cos when my 1st little one started she got sick the first week and ended up off sick her second week..
Any advice on what I can do.. my 1st little one settled in so quickly when she started but was a little bit older, so just assumed my second little one would 😭😭

To be honest, my little one was the same when she first started, she went on hunger strike. The staff were calm and persistent and would take her to a quiet area and give her milk. She just got better once she relaxed, got to know the staff and now she loves nursery and the food. They would make us aware, but just tell us not to worry and they would keep trying with her. I’m not sure what else you can do other than wait for them to settle!
My little girl started at 9 months and was the same with her food. By week 2 she was completely different and eating. Just give them time to adjust and soon will be loving it.
