How long has this behavior been going on? She is at the right age for teething pain. I’m currently in the trenches with my 7 month old and cold baby oralgel helps SO much. If it’s a really bad day and he is shoving things in his mouth left and right with frustration, I bust out the big guns which is baby Tylenol
She keeps putting the cloth to her mouth. That makes me think her mouths hurting her. How long ago was the tongue tie procedure and how long has this been going on? Maybe something with the procedure is having an impact. She also looks of teething age too, so it could be that. Check for teeth coming in.
I’m thinking teething pain too if your GP already confirmed she is developing well. I’m noticing how she keeps putting the blanky in her mouth. I know it’s hard, and if you’re feeling tapped out, ask for help. Also, remember: she isn’t giving you a hard time, she’s having a hard time. ♥️ There are teethers you can freeze. Frozen breast milk or fruit in a haaka fruit freezer, orajel and lots of cuddles.
Looks like she is in pain. Is there something that is causing her discomfort?
Looks uncomfortable. I'd try Tylenol and or oral gel and or cold cloth or something to take the edge off teething is an invisible pain. Cuddles and relax.
That is really Bad pain! Some Babys can deal with it for a whole and then it breaks out of them and they cannt stand it anymore… She needs pain Relief and for example Frozen breastmilk in a feeder (you can do this all the time. We use it Slot and it occupied her for a while too) You can give pain medicine but only Limited amounts as it is hard for their liver. You can look into alternative medicine too like chamomile
That looks like teething behavior
How long ago was the procedure? She seems like she’s in pain. She could be teething too.
She seems frustrated about some pain in her mouth, or maybe she wants to cluster feed. She may have an increased appetite. While you’re likely talking about teething pains, her bouncing seems to be caused by her leg position. There’s no way that feels good on her knees. Legs shouldn’t make a W shape and needs to be corrected. Give her some celery or green onions to chew on for a numbing sensation. Even a cold wet towel/ burp cloth could help. Does she have teething toys? Washing your hands and putting your finger in her mouth to see if she is tempted to bite it will give you some clarity if you really don’t think this is a teething issue.
Just hold her. Sounds like teething pain. Show to pediatrician too.
