Need peoples advice on this too cos I’m dealing with this too, suddenly not eating foods she used to.. Living off potatoes and sausages and lunches right now… 🤦🏻‍♀️ I feel for you, right there w u🤍

@Lissa so frustrating isn’t it. I just made her pasta for dinner blended all the veggies for the sauce so she didn’t even see them and refused to eat it,😒😆 i then have to find a replacement dinner because don’t want her going to bed hungry!! xxx

Mine's surviving on sweetclems and whole milk.

@Georgia I’m the same, people tell me that if she’s hungry she’ll eat but I know she won’t cos she’ll go to bed without eating just to avoid dinners like that (saucy pastas r suddenly yucky to her and only eats plain pasta 😩) so always making a replacement dinner, it’s so hard, I’m hoping this is just a phase and our kiddos will grow out of it… I’m a rather picky eater myself but not like this lol x

Yup mine used to eat everything offered. Now surviving off plain rice, sweetcorn and sausages 😩 and oats for breakfast. Hopefully this phase ends soon 😩x

I’ve done some research on this (insta reels lol) and this is my advice - keep exposing your child to new foods even if you know they won’t eat it. Eventually they might try it. - always offer a ‘safe food’ you know they will eat so that they arnt going hungry. - never offer an alternative meal. You are responsible for giving them food, they are responsible for eating. - do not put pressure on them to eat, or make a big deal out of meal times. Keep it relaxed. I’ve found this has really helped my little girl x x

Thank god I’m not the only one going through this! Thanks for all advice we got this mummas 🥹🥰❤️
