Have you found it helped with weight loss?
Just had twins there 5 months old now and I’ve been doing 15k steps a day, I feed them and then out in the buggy I walk to a park 30 mins away and walk around the park then walk back home, feel so much better physically and mentally
I started the couch to 5k app last month and I'm loving it ! It's 30 mins 3 times a week and has been so good for my mental health I struggled to run for 30 secs and now I can run 8 minutes at a time I've lost 12 lb in 5 weeks :) X
Don't sorry about 10k, it's a made up figure. Work out what you're doing now on average & then aim to add 500/1000 steps per week.
It’s all about energy balance, energy in vs energy out. You could do 20k steps a day, but if you’re still eating wayyy too much then you won’t lose weight
I’ve done 8,500 so far and haven’t left the house 😂🤦🏻♀️ mom of a baby and toddler does that! But if I don’t get my steps in, I have a walking pad at home. But if I can, I’ll be out walking every day without fail!
