Is anyone else’s baby this hungry???

It seems like my daughter is constantly eating throughout the day however she’s also constantly acting hungry and demanding “snack snacks”. I’m not sure if I’m really just not feeding her enough or if there’s potentially some other problem at hand. I have written a description of our typical routine below and I’d love some advice or suggestions about what I could do differently! She breastfeeds first thing in the AM, then she usually has yogurt, fruit, and 2 sugar free mini muffins (which I make with zucchini and applesauce). Around 11:00 she drinks about 3 oz of whole milk then eats lunch which usually consists of 3 homemade veggie & turkey nuggets and a vegetable pouch. I breastfeed her again right before her nap (more for comfort). After her nap (around 3:00), she usually has a granola bar or a pb sandwich. At 4:00 she breastfeeds again. We have dinner at 6:00 and she eats whatever I eat (protein, veggies, and a carb). Then until she goes to bed, she’s consistently asking for more food. Before bed she’s breastfed for the last time. *she is also given water throughout the day and constantly eats from her snack cup which usually has Cheerios, puffs, and yogi melts in it.*

Sounds fairly normal? Especially if she's active!

Yes, my daughter is one year and 13 months and she eats all day long and snacks all day long so I think it’s normal especially with a high metabolism, my baby girl has a very high metabolism and she’s very active and they are growing 24 seven

My daughter can never eat enough at a meal and will still happily accept snacks all day long. She will literally wake up to a veggie omelette, fresh fruit, and a cup of milk in an hour later still want something more.😂😂

My daughter wants to eat all the time too breakfast lunch and dinner with milk at each of the meals snacks in between and always have Cheerios ready for her and water idk how they say she isn’t gaining weight with all she eats the dr just added a protein drink to her daily meals so now she eats all of that plus the protein shake I started giving her a little more as far as portion size tho so instead of 2 homemade mini pancakes at breakfast I give her 3 just little increases she’s been eating most of it so I guess she’s just that hungry? Or maybe going through a growth spurt and needs the extra food but I’m not too concerned just exhausting making and cleaning up every time she wants to eat 🙃

Sounds like my daughter too, she’s 14 months old. She wakes up signing she wants to eat the moment I come into her room. She always needs something to snack on while she waits for me to make dinner. Even after dinner she still signs that’s she wants more to eat so I’ll get a pouch (or two) to top her off.

I swear my son would snack alllll day if I let him. He eats about the same as your LO. my son is pretty active all day long too, so I just go along with it. :)

Mine is constantly eating. Between her meals I feel like I’m constantly feeding her oatmeal, string cheese, and plain yogurt with fruits

We had a few weeks of an absolute NON STOP eating baby, and then out of no where, he’s only eating here and there…. I assume it was just a growth spurt for us
