Ex said he would send me £100 every month. Past two months he sent now this month nothing. What should I do?

If he keeps failing to pay you can go through CMS, pretty sure you need multiple instances of failing to pay though
@Payten I know he added my child onto CMS privately as he pays for 3 others on CMS so I don’t know why he hasn’t

I’d just go to CMS
Did you try asking him why he failed to pay? He needs to give you a reason... and try explaining your situation as well. If you don't want to go to CMS, talking will be a starting point. Hope all goes well for you ❤️
