Suddenly throwing food?
My one year old is now suddenly throwing and spitting out food and I’m not sure what to do. She’s always been a great eater and never picky about anything. But now any food I give her she’s instantly throwing or taking bites but spitting them out right away. She’s starting occupational therapy soon for sensory processing difficulties but foods never been an issue until the past 2-3 days so I don’t think that’s it? How can I get her to stop?

My baby is now 13 months but he did this from 11-12.5 months

Normal to throw food
My daughter drops food on the ground especially when she's full and bored lol
My son started doing this and being picky. He started on real food but i always have baby food just in case he isn't feeling real food. I switch back and forth between the two that way I know he's still eating and getting the nutrients. He'll throw tantrums and throw his head back if he's not interested in actual food so I just bring out the baby food and he'll eat that.

It’s a developmental phase (good sign!). My son just turned one and also started throwing food. This too will pass!
