tbh, I just stuck with a good prenatal and some vitamin D, seemed to do the trick for me! here's what the 'Heal Baby Care App' says.... "For breastfeeding moms, it's important to ensure adequate intake of certain vitamins and minerals. I recommend focusing on vitamin D and omega-3 fatty acids, as they support both maternal health and the baby's development. Additionally, a prenatal vitamin can help cover any nutritional gaps. Have you been taking any specific vitamins or supplements already?
I’m using the pregnacare / vitabiotics breastfeeding.
