Baby app that does daily baby food suggestions?

My baby is 8 months and wasn’t too interested in food for a long time, I think because her teeth were still coming through. Now she has 4 and she’s ready to eat and try new things. But for some reason the whole food thing stresses me out. Making sure she’s trying enough things, what to try, being consistent. I dont know it’s just stressful for me to even think about. Is there an app that suggests a daily meal plan and things to try daily without having to plan it myself? Thanks for any info!

Ask AI! I have Meta AI in my WhatsApp, but have used ChatGPT in the past to suggest meals appropriate for this and that age group and you can specify whatever dietary requirements you may have like allergies etc. It'll suggest meals then put together shopping lists and step by steps for you.

Didn’t think about that for meals! Great idea, thank you!

When we were weaning i made a list of all major allergens like wheat, egg, soya etc and we did 1 intro a week so for example on egg week we'd do 3 egg meals that week and keep the other meals pure veg/fruit or safe foods. Saying that, our 15m old still has not had a speck of shellfish.. we can't get it fresh here and it's so loaded with salt in the preservatives I just keep putting it off! None of us are perfect haha. I also have a mum friend with a little one close in age and we would sometimes make a lunch date so that they're exposed to other kinds of flavors and cooking :)

@Heidi I just tried making a meal plan with AI and it was PERFECT. Love how I can modify it too with simple prompts! THIS is what AI is perfect for! Thank you soo much for that suggestion! I’m going to use it for my and my bfs dinners and shopping too lol! I despise thinking about meal planning and grocery shopping!

The app solid starts! Gives recipes and how to serve plain foods for the age

@Britney yeah, I am allergic to nuts and eat meat, my fiance is allergic to bell peppers and is vegetarian and my 15m old has CMPA so absolutely no dairy and even soya set him off so I sometimes massively struggle to plan meals and AI has helped me a lot! Once I know if a dish is a hit or miss, I put it on a GOOD list and sometimes we just pick from our internal menu instead:) I also make meals where say everything goes in one pot except the protein, so I can have chicken and vegetarian can add Quorn. Happy it's helped take some mental load and stress off you!

I was in the same boat. Just keep at it!
