CPS took my kids y'all

What did they say the reason was?

I don't know what happened in your case. But sometimes it's unfortunately the case that kids are safer somewhere else. Sometimes kids need to be taken away earlier but CPS doesn't do enough. I really hope that they will find the best solution for the kids. If the accusations are wrong they'll give your babies back. Good luck.

It has to be more than they believe normally it has to be evidence i got into a domestic and they opened a case for 30 days and came and checked on my kids when they seen they were good my case was closed so for them to just take them means they found grounds to do so maybe upon an home inspection stuff didnt look right best thing to do now is go yo all the classes they give you and show your willing to fight to get them back

Don’t give up! If there wrong then prove them wrong!!! They must have spoke with your kids and someone else who made this assumption and have evidence to take them away! Think of any little thing that they could have used against you and build your own evidence!! Don’t give up! Keep fighting and get your babies back!! Do you think someone close to you called did anyone see something? A friend or a neighbor?? Maybe the kids told someone something at school. Try your best to get down to the bottom of it!

@Ashley I know why they took them . I fucked up in their eyes and neglected my kids ....I didn't believe I neglected them but they do .

I’ve never seen a case where they remove immediately without evidence on a first offense. Special cases like repeat, serious neglect or the parent is being incarcerated. There must be more to the story, but if after speaking with the kids and reviewing with evidence, typically children will be placed back. I hope you can get your children back soon if that is what’s best for them.
