@Jasmine ok so like.. just trying to understand. If formula+ 150ml water = 180ml total. And they drink 30ml going down to 150ml, how much formula would you enter into a tracking app?
It’s not too big of a deal to measure either way, but 240ml would be more accurate. The nutrition label accounts for it “as prepared” so water+formula. It’s not like adding rocks to water because the formula is being consumed, and is therefore adding to the volume.
