Formula is sometimes provided, it is in my area so definitely something to ask your midwife. If they have formula available I am sure that they also sterilise x
When my first was born he was in the special care unit for two days and then I couldn’t supply enough milk so they provided formula to help until my partner could bring some in, they had a little kitchen with a kettle and microwave to sterilise but I would probably still recommend ready made bottles as not all hospitals may have this. Only problem is most babies prefer it warmed up which is only possible with the powder. After my first experience I would highly recommend everyone takes formula in case, I was up all night trying to feed a crying baby all alone, it was awful x
I’d take some pre mades with the teats but most hospitals will provide.
definitely take pre made, easier to store and from my experience with my first you’ve got no chance having someone making/sterilising bottles
I know my hospital provided premade milk bottles from SMA we are breastfeeding but due to my daughter being smaller and it not going to plan I packed a couple of the ready to go bottles from aptimil In my bag along with my breast feeding stuff

Definitely pre made! Not all have areas for sterilising, or communal kitchen area so you may not be able to make the formula! I plan to BF but still taking the pre made stuff just incase, always worth being prepared for any scenario :)
