This looks so good and simple. My baby is really hating purees now but she doesnt have any teeth, How do you prevent choking ? She is also 8 months but im scared to give anything thats not puree or mashed because of choking hazard.

My LO doesn’t have any teeth either. You just have to make sure it’s soft, soft enough to squish it between your fingers. And needs to be size of an adult finger for the most part so it’s easy to hold. I get nervous with chicken because it’s not as easy to chew. She chews with her gums 🤷‍♀️ there’s hard teeth under there so they can still kinda chew. I was really nervous at first, now I just watch her like a hawk haha but it’s so much more fun, she really enjoys doing it herself. She’s learning different textures, how to chew, swallow and hold.

Thanks I will try this tomorrow, Any recipe for the pancakes?

I honestly made up my own recipe… It’s baby oatmeal (1/4 cup) banana (x1) egg (x1) and peanut butter ( tbs spoon) Coconut oil or oil of your preference. You can add cinnamon or raspberries instead of peanut butter if there’s an allergy. Baked it at 350 for about 20 min or can make them in the pan. Just keep checking on them and pull them out when they look ready. They’re yummy I ate some too.

Let me know how it goes ☺️
