Tbh I usually just make chicken nuggets or a pbj and fruit for my toddler and will eat a bowl of cereal or Greek yogurt bowl or something when my hubby isn’t home so I don’t have to cook😆 But I do have some easy dinner ideas! •tacos/ nachos •quesadillas •pizza •grilled cheese & soup •copycat “Arby’s” beef n cheddar sandwich with fries (just roast beef cooked in Au jus sauce with nacho cheese & arby sauce added afterward) •cheeseburger sliders with fries or Mac n cheese •breakfast (biscuits and gravy- French toast- waffles- grits and sausage or bacon- pancakes- hashbrowns and eggs for a side with any of them)
2 cups heavy cream 3 ish chicken breasts Whatever seasoning I usually do pesto, sundried tomatoes, garlic, basil, lemon pepper, Parmesan cheese salt and pepper. When it’s done I shred it and throw some pasta in it! If the kid likes spice we skip the pesto and tomatoes and put Cajun in
Chili con carne!!
Feta block, cream cheese block, 2 packs of grape tomatoes washed, fresh basil(chopped finely), & olive oil in oven at 400°F for 20mins. Then add cooked pasta of your choice and mix it in! SO yummy and easy
And also 3/4 of a pesto jar, and tortellini noodles. That is also *chefs kiss* and 10mins literally.
i totally feel you on that! i love making a quick stir-fry with whatever veggies and protein i have on hand, toss it all in one pan, and serve it over rice or noodles – super easy and my toddler usually digs it! 😊 I actually checked the 'Heal App' for this and here's what it says: "When you're cooking for yourself and a toddler, one-pot meals can be a lifesaver! Here are two easy options: 1. One-Pot Pasta: Cook pasta in a pot with diced tomatoes, spinach, and your choice of protein (like chicken or beans). Add some garlic and olive oil for flavor. It’s quick, and you can easily adjust the ingredients to suit your toddler’s taste. 2. Vegetable Fried Rice: Use leftover rice and stir-fry it with mixed vegetables (like peas, carrots, and bell peppers) and a scrambled egg. Season with a little soy sauce or sesame oil. This dish is colorful and usually a hit with little ones. Both meals are quick to prepare and require minimal cleanup. What types of foods does your toddler enjoy?
Pasta definitely
