Formula and Breast Milk

I just started using Kenndimil whole milk formula, I am not producing enough breast milk anymore my baby is 8 months. I couldn't find the goat one in stores which I heard it is closer to breast milk. She is getting a mix of formula and breast milk. If someone could please help me with how much to give of each?? The formula container says according to her age she will have only 3 bottles but lots of scoops. I just want to ensure she will get the right nutrition for her age anyone have advice? Also since she has had it for 2 days she's been so gassy

Give baby one bottle of premade milk instead of powder, its better for their tummies. I combi feed (50/50) and follow what they advise in terms of bottle sizes and frequency. Breast milk i give a bit extra as not a thick as formula. I guess you'd give a larger percentage of breastvmilk to start? Tbh just give them they want, and as much you can make. If it's too much they won't drink it/hold it.

For Kendamil, it’s 1 scoop per 1 oz.

I also combi feed breast & kendamill. The breast is more for snacks / sleeping he doesn’t get a full feed from me. Agree if you can afford pre-made kendamil then go with that. My baby struggled switching from pre-made to powdered. Lots of tummy ache/gas and diarrhoea. You give one scoop of power for each oz of water.

If you’re willing to change, try kendamil organic. My lo was super gassy on the normal one but isn’t on the organic. That said it can take a few weeks for their belly to adjust to the formula so give it a little bit more time🫶🏼xx
