How many bottles does your baby have?

I saw a post on here questioning when to drop their babys bottles from 3 to 2. My little girl still has around 5/6 bottles a day (every 3 hours) as she only drinks 3-5oz. She doesn’t have big meals as she isn’t the biggest fan of solids so now I’m worried after seeing that post. Is anyone else in the same position? My little girl is a little over 9 months

My baby still has 4 or 5 bottles a day (7oz) , she's also not a fan of solids. I don't know what to do tbh

@Alice neither do I. I just wish she would eat more 😞

4 bottles of 7oz for us

My daughter is 10 months next week and still generally on 3-4 x 5oz bottles plus 3 small meals. Every baby is different so don’t worry if someone else’s baby is doing something different. Do what’s right for you and your daughter. 9 months is still young in the weaning process, just keep offering different foods and she’ll get there x

https://www.srnutrition.co.uk/2024/05/should-i-give-my-baby-food-or-milk-first-when-weaning/ There’s some useful info on here and you’ll see that for 9 months 4 bottles is still acceptable. Keep going 😊 x

@Trudy thank you that’s reassuring. It’s so hard when you compare your baby to others on here 😭

It really is and we’re all guilty of it but I promise you, you and your baby are doing fine and you’ll be happier if you can try to stop comparing. I do it from time to time with friends babies who are a similar age and then remember my daughter is individual, she’s happy and she’s thriving so whatever we’re doing, it’s all good 😊 x

Hey mama Mine has 4 bottles of 6oz. I wouldn't look at numbers of bottles necessarily, look at the total oz she's having. For this age I think it's 20-25oz in the day so sounds like she's having roughly that! ❤️
