Hi Millie, It’s hard to make any recommendations. I had to do a blood test to get a personalized recommendation by a naturopath. Make sure the prenatals have bio available vitamins. I was given NAC (for egg quality instead of coQ10) and extra Vitamin d. And taking inositols for PCOS.
I’m not sure anything fancy/branded is any better than the standard folic acid/vitamin D etc. mixes but do try and get prescribed progesterone as soon as the pregnancy is deemed viable. I mentioned spotting to the EGU (not strictly a lie as I had had implantation bleeding) and they confirmed the pregnancy at 6 weeks and prescribed it on the spot for 10 weeks. I’ll never know if it was the thing that made it stick but I now have a 6 week old xx
My reproductive endocrinologists all say to take CoQ10 and extra folic acid in addition to a prenatal.
Recommend reading the book: It starts with the egg. I’m following the recurrent miscarriage protocol from the book. I also had 2 losses.
I took b6 and I got pregnant that cycle. I also took prenatals, coq10, and vitamin D
I took pregnacare conceive max and last cycle I used coq10 too to help with egg quality
