My bd ended things with me because he said the relationship was affecting his mental health to the point that he has been looking other women in a way he shouldn’t as he’d been checking out of the relationship.He said it’s nothing I’ve done or not my fault so I’m struggling to figure out what or where that came from or how to make sense of it.

In all honesty, Sadly people grow apart and it can be one sided. Wandering eyes means he’s already checked out. But, at least he was honest with you instead of choosing to just cheat.

Went through this with my bd.i feel your pain 😞 Said it wasn't my fault he just fell out of love with me.after all we had been together nearly 11 years he said he needed to work on his mental health meanwhile he was entertaining a coworker that he worked with taking her out to lunch staying out till stupid hours of early mornings and all sorts of things while I was pregnant with his second child from one mumma to another stay strong♥️

Be thankful he’s leaving before cheating I would accept it as him doing the right thing and move on myself.

I really can’t imagine ever saying this to another person.
