Pilates after FET

I have had my transfer on Friday and I have had my mild 20mins Pilates classes from the day after, the embryologist and nurses told me to go back to my day to day activity only to avoid heavy exercises, I also cycle to work it’s only like 10mins and it’s not on the hill just a straight road. Then this morning I was reading some comments of people saying to wait at least 2 weeks before exercising again. I’m a bit worried now. My Pilates classes are light (I follow classes on an amazing app ) and are also for prenatal. Do you think should I be worried that I might have worsen the implantation process ?

I went back to yoga and my gym classes the next day. Don't overdo it but try to live your life as much as possible. There's very little you can do to affect implantation, we all want some control but it'sdown to genetics. Don't drink a bottle of whisky or do drugs, maybe don't run a marathon (and even on this there's little evidence), but everything you're describing is reasonable and good for you.

Mine said light exercise like Pilates / yoga / walking is fine! Just to avoid HIIT / running etc initially but as Vittoria has said there’s no evidence that intense exercise has any negative impact on success.

Thank you so much ♥️
