@Jade Ahhh ok thanks I know it sounds soo silly as I hate change and I've used the same account for my child benefit etc for 17yrs 🤣🤣 However with the cost of living in really don't want to get futher in the red....So thinks it's wise having this separate! Lol 😆 x

@Jade Yeah i might even phone them I'm that sceptical lol but if they tell me to do it online then I will, Just prefer to sort it before next payment - Whixh I do have plenty of time 😆
if i remember correctly you literally just change the payment method on your account and they ask to see proof of it? but yeah it is a pretty smooth transition x
