This might sound very stupid lol.... but I need to change my bank details so it doesn't affect my UC payments as I'm in the red 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
My question is has anyone changed bank details, if so was it a smooth transition and did your next payment come through OK?
I'm such a panicky person lol and I just want things to run smoothly lol x

@Jade Ahhh ok thanks I know it sounds soo silly as I hate change and I've used the same account for my child benefit etc for 17yrs 🤣🤣 However with the cost of living in really don't want to get futher in the red....So thinks it's wise having this separate! Lol 😆 x

@Jade Yeah i might even phone them I'm that sceptical lol but if they tell me to do it online then I will, Just prefer to sort it before next payment - Whixh I do have plenty of time 😆

if i remember correctly you literally just change the payment method on your account and they ask to see proof of it? but yeah it is a pretty smooth transition x
