I was taking the Pregnacare ones but have since moved onto the Boots ones, which are just as good in my opinion
Wild Nutrition breastfeeding and new mother supplements plus Vitamin D and Iron and sometimes Omega. Definitely a good idea to take some vitamins to support your body and all the changes postpartum.
I take the Pregnacare Breastfeeding vitamins. Even if you're not breastfeeding, they are really good for post-partum. My HV recommended them.
