Vitamin D deficiency

Did anyone have vitamin d deficiency and go on to have an healthy pregnancy previously? Google has scared me. I got my levels checked before pregnancy and they were slightly low. I have not been regular with my pills now because of nausea. Will this be an issue for my baby longterm?

12 weeks and have one I just take extra vitamin d!

@Kitty I am 8 weeks and haven’t been regular with the vit d pills. Should I be concerned?

I haven't had issues with taking vitamin D due to nausea (I can't taste the capsules) for the capsules I can taste (fish oil) I was told to freeze them and there is now no taste to trigger my nausea

I was vitamin d deficient my whole first pregnancy no matter what I did and he came out healthy and fine. First couple months I had to give him vitamin d drops but that's it.

I have hg and haven't taken any prenatals or my vitamin d since six weeks and baby is healthy I was boarderline sever vitamin d deficiency. You can always talk to your Ob about getting your levels checked they will be able to monitor it but from my experience so far baby is measuring and is happy healthy and kicking my butt 😂

I’ve had low vitamin d levels with all three of my pregnancies and I had healthy babies with no complications

Not going to lie, I had low Vit D with my first and ended up with pre eclampsia. I’m not saying that one factor caused it but I know it didn’t help. This pregnancy I’m low again and I’ve been taking a liquid vitamin D because it’s so much easier even with the nausea. You are still early and have plenty of time to bring that level up. Here’s what I take, I’m getting labs done this week to check my levels again.
