Food food food

My little boy is 18 months now. I am struggling to say the least. I can't find anything that he wants to eat. I've tried literally everything I can think of. I've been on every site available. He's happy he's friendly. He's loving but oh my God I cannot get him to eat. What am I doing wrong here?

Currently going through the same thing 😩 they say toddlers live off of snacks but I still don’t think that’s enough. I can’t enjoy my dinner knowing my toddler has ate barely anything 🫠

First of all you aren’t doing anything wrong! Kids are weird. They go through phases and my parents even tell me all the time some weeks I survived off of one cheerio. When my toddler won’t eat anything my go to is just yogurt mixed really well with peanut butter. I just put it in a cup and give her a spoon and she just will go to town

Mine literally only eats yogurt, blueberries, cheese, grapes and the occasional tomato 😑 at 7 months he was eating ground beef and sweet potatoes and eggs. It stopped all of a sudden at 12/13months

I also have a lot of luck with high protein smoothies

Hello! My toddler was not eating about month ago, but now is eating so much! I think they go through phases of eating a lot and very little. I think timing is also important. Sometimes he needs to eat a lot of carbs before going for the protein. He likes rice, pasta, cheese, pancakes (sometimes), he likes the same fruit for like a month and has another favorites.

Going through exactly the same thing at the moment! She was so into her food then after a few bouts of illness hates almost everything we give her apart from cereal and milk or fruit bakes 🤦🏼‍♀️😭 have no idea how to get past it but I’m sure it’s just a phase!

My toddler is going through the same, some weeks are better than others but their little bodies are still getting use all these new things.Just gotta be patient and offer stuff often. Every time my son goes through a growth spurt he seems to eat all the time and once the spurt is over he's barely eating and it worries me. Certain times of day he eats more than others. It's never the same.

@Sarah my son had the G.I bug in January and in March and I was trying to get him completely off formula at the time but that was the only thing that poor child could keep down. Now that he's off formula he's all about milk and seems to run off nothing but milk sometimes lol.

@Hannah what do you use for protein?
