Anyone else’s baby not babbling yet she’s 7 month she will blow raspberry’s and make the odd noise but no bababa or mamama or anything as of yet

Not yet! She does “ahh” and “haaa” and engages in sort of back and forth conversation with those noises, but no consonant sounds yet!
