I’m feeling pretty useless at BLW my 7 month old. I was wondering if anyone has any meal plan guides I can follow to make sure I’m giving her a varied diet please? X
It helps me a lot to just give my baby whatever we eat. So we make a portion of our food without salt and save it for the baby. And then add salt after. But breakfast usually i give her fruit, oatmeal with chia seeds and flaxseeds. Sometimes I cook eggs or pancakes. I used the baby food jars like sweet potato then added 3 tablespoons of flour and an egg. I make chia seed pudding with 1 oz of breastmilk or formula and 1 tablespoons chia seed. Then I mix fruit with it.
For dinner I give whatever we eat. Usually meat or fish and porridge and veggies
Pasta is a good idea too for meals and adding healthy fats is good like olive oil, butter, avocado to your baby’s meals
