Fussy stage

Is anyone else going through the fussy stage of your child wanting to be back inside your body. My little girl from the moment she wakes up until she goes to bed she just whines and cries, wants to be on me, wants to be picked up then wants to be down, can’t go to the toilet without her screaming at the gate it’s getting too much and I’m going to have a mental breakdown if this continues anymore. Her dad takes her but she’s just the same if not worse nothing seems to keep her happy

Yes, so much so I did say aloud the other day that he would be happier if he was back in the womb. Tbf, this is pretty normal for him but definitely a phase where it’s worse atm. If he knows I’m around, he has to be with me. So I could get dinner etc done tonight I had to shut the kitchen door and leave him with his dad. My son was banging on the door hysterical for about a minute before my husband could distract him enough. But as soon as the door opened, he was hanging off my legs to be picked up

It’s the last developmental leap for our December babies so they will be super fussy over the next few weeks. It’s so hard sometimes especially when you’re exhausted and over stimulated. Try get as many breathers as possible ask for support where you can. I hope it gets better soon x

I literally said to my mum the other day, if someone offered my little girl a week back in the womb she’d be in there in a flash 😂 It’s nice because her dad is usually her bestie but I would like a wee in peace, the other day she stood at the end of the shower and just watched me wash my hair 😂
