My Lo didn’t sit up and skipped regular crawling for monkey crawling at 9 months. Then she walked at 10 months.
Heck no lol. My son was 8 months before sitting unassisted & didn’t crawl until 12 months. My daughter was sitting at 7.5 months & crawling (army crawling) about the same time. Meanwhile, my son walked at 16 months & my daughter didn’t until 22.5 months. Every baby/toddler goes at THEIR own pace. You’re doing amazing! 🤩

Don't compare. Unless you want to be awfully disappointed . Tbh All babies are on their own timeline and are different Ireya love Your baby is smart and will do everything within the right time for him to do it.
I remember someone telling me I needed to help my daughter with sitting or she would be delayed, but then she started walking at 10 months. Your baby will do it when they are ready to. My daughter was heavy and not interesting in sitting without my support but when she wanted to get moving, she just wanted to get moving.
That is very normal and still very early as well too . Try not to compare to other babies I did this and it drove me crazy . Some babies are early at their milestones and some aren’t so I wouldn’t worry about it. They have until their 2 to walk etc . Try focusing on building babies core muscles first .
My girl didn’t start crawling to 11months then was walking everywhere at 13 months. Now she is trying to run and climb
