Same as above (although I do him lunch at teatime) but sandwiches or I batch cook egg bites and tots etc then just have to get them out of the freezer and heat up and usually do them with yoghurt and some sticks of fruit or vege
Honestly, today I'm having pizza & so is she 😅
We have things like pesto pasta, chicken, vegetable rice,strawberries, watermelon, mango, apple rice cakes etc. We have a proper foodie 🤣 then tea time she normally has veg she can hold like broccoli, cauliflower or carrots with rice or pasta and some sort of protein like lentils, chicken or mince x
Egg on toast/crumpet or omelette if she’s not had egg for breakfast, avocado toast, cheese spread on toast/crumpet, homemade soup (she loves it), pinwheels/fritters all with fruit offered afterwards x
Houmous, fruit, yoghurt, homemade banana pancakes. Omelette, toast, scrambled egg, jacket potato inside with a few beans and cheese
Sandwiches, toast, pasta, frittata Nursery menu are sometimes good for inspirations even if you kid not at nursery yet

Usually toast with spread on it, either avocado, hummus, peanut butter, pate or recently I made an edemame and avocado spread And some fruit or yogurt.
I do crumpets, pinwheels, sandwiches, toast for lunch mainly. Along with some fruit and a little snack.
