Does anyone work in a daycare and can reassure me please?
Since my little girly started really properly walking two weeks ago, shes everywhere and of course her bumps, bruises and scrapes have increased a lot as she has become a daredevil 😭😖 3 times in 2 weeks already nursery have filled in an incident report asking us to confirm what happened for X bruise or X bump 😭 As they have to record it on their system. I know they are probably just covering themselves by showing it didnt happen at nursery but its soo stressful I feel like Im having to explain myself to questions but she is just at that age 😭 Im so worried they are going to call social services or something?! She is so so loved and cared for and Im so scared they will think she is being mistreated, isnt it normal for bumps and bruises when they start walking and running? Please share you experience or advice for a worried mama x

I work in childcare in Australia we’ve never had to do anything like that nor has anyone questioned the multiple bumps and bruises my own children have had but I’m not sure where you are or what the rules in another country would be. The times we’ve had questions over suspicious injuries we’ve been told to document it in a personal note book until there’s enough evidence to warrant an offical mandatory report
