Anyone elses newly 3 year old not talking 100% yet!? Is this normal? He says alot of words and 2-3 word sentences!

@Ida okay! Has speech helped?
Sort of. She also started daycare, and that has helped more.
@Ida he starts part time preschool in the fall and I feel like that will help alot!
