Baby dinner

I’m just curious I have a 14 month old and this was her dinner tonight (please no hate I know it’s got processed stuff but it’s not an every night thing I normally cook proper food for her) how much would you expect her to eat; I know I put way too much on but that’s just so I get the leftovers 🤣

I probably would have expected one fish finger, one potato face and maybe a table spoon of the veg / beans.... I honestly try not to put too much food on my son's plate as i find it over facing to have too much food and then struggle to eat anything so I try to really limit the portion size for him. (Ps my son loves fish fingers and would quite happily eat them every meal so don't stress about it!)

My LG is 18 months and she’d clear that 😂 if we have a similar meal she usually has 3 fish less fingers (we are veggie) 4 smilies or 1 large waffle cut up and most of a snack pot of beans and she might even have a yoghurt after! She’s always had a good appetite and is not overweight, she’s on the 70th centile

At least half, if not most or all. Coming from a mum who’s kid don’t eat, don’t feel bad for these meals, food eaten is better than no food
