Diaper Changes

This is my son as well! Makes it really tough to change him !

I’m not the only one🥲 recently I’ve been giving my baby a toy to distract him or blow on his belly to make him laugh! I think they just don’t like to be laid down!

My son does this, we play baby songs on youtube, I give him a book (he is obsessed with books) or I give him this talking/singing cactus toy he has

I wish I could help but I need help too as I am in the same situation. We never had this issue untill now. The bigger problem is that if it happens to need changing outside of the house where I need to change her on a public toilet at the changing table, the crying is so bad that I feel like she is literally traumatized…. Is horrible and I hope this phase will go soon as I received some bad looks in the public toilets like I was beating her or something because of how bad she was crying 😭😭😭😭

Same!! I HAVE to turn on the tv and give him a toy every single time or it’ll turn into a shit show. My mom gives him his favorite snack to munch on and he lets her.

I had this issue with both my girls, especially my second who just turned 1 years old, but we like to do songs that has hand motions and so far it has worked for both of them, songs like itsy bitsy spider, wheels on the bus, baby shark etc etc and sometimes make them them up so u can too if they like their belly or toes being tickled

Distractions! I have to give my daughter another diaper to hold just so she’s occupied 😭 or I give her a toy or a book (she loves to “read”)
