Same as Lia. I had a second degree tear but it healed well so was ready. It’s not like we get chance to do it a lot with two kids now anyway 😂 so we seized the moment
@Christie oh that was good it healed quick. I had a c section so I don't have any pain there, just inside my tummy. That is a true point I am with you on that one 🤣
I think obviously follow guidelines but if you feel ready you know your body better than anyone so it’s up to you x
@Christie that's true I guess. I think healing is quicker than what they say but they have to be cautious and they just say 6 weeks x
