Yes baby can have it straight away
It does but I’ve heard conflicting things about them. Apparently the hot shot doesn’t always heat the formula enough to kill all bacteria so it’s not NHS recommended. We have a prep machine and used it for about 6 weeks with my baby but he suffered with gas a lot and so we stopped using it a couple weeks ago and have noticed he seems a lot more settled and is in less discomfort. But this may just be a coincidence

@hannah I use a newby rapid cool and do the hotshot method! (About an ounce of boiling water in with the formula and then cool the boiled water in the rapid cool and use the cooled water to make the bottle up to the required volume) xx
