@Katya do they just ask questions I'm assuming for the 1st appointment?
Normally first appt they just ask questions, so I get it why they do it through the phone. They don’t do any exams or anything. When I went to mine they asked for a urine sample and breathalizer? So I don’t know
@Sofia interesting! My oldest is about to be 10, so back when I had my first appointment then, it was in person, they asked questions and did an ultrasound. So I was excited to see how far along I am. But I guess I'll be waiting.

I had Kaiser my whole pregnancy and my first appointment was over the phone (I was 5 weeks pregnant at the time), first ultrasound around 10-12 weeks, can't remember exactly!
