Baby congested

My newborn had a really congested nose especially at night for the first 2/3 weeks and I used the fridababy nose suction and it worked really well

These helped when my little boy was congested. Nose Frida, having the next to me at night slanted and saline spray

Snot sucker, saline drops, sit on the floor with her in the bathroom whilst running a hot shower so it gets steamy- the steam helps to clear the nose x

Stermir nasal spray is really good xx

Calpol have a saline nasal spray that I'm using for my little one. Asda have a bubble bath for babies that's suitable as well

OLogic for babies is amazing and I put zarbees chest rub on his feet and made sure my son wore either long pajamas or socks

Humidifier helps! Nasal spray with an aspirator (i hate the Frida i got an electric one called Braun and it's way better). Good luck!

I confirmed with his doctor and she said that what I was doing was just fine

Calpol do saline drops which our baby preferred over the spray. He was always congested and we just did that and snot sucker. Nothing ever fixed it
