Ofc?

Yes, but avoid too much direct contact & keep some hand sanitiser on you

@A why ofc? Have heard to avoid contact ect

As long as there isn’t close contact with animals it’s fine

Yes but you should stay away from any animals than have recently given birth/are due to give birth. Avoid the lambs, baby goats etc. Make sure your washing hands more frequently x

Yes you can, you’re just not meant to touch the animals x

No touching of animals or feeding them if they have a petting zoo. Most petting zoos will have signs up saying not to touch or feed the animals if pregnant.

Yes just wash your hands every chance you get, don’t go in the birthing sheds and I wouldn’t touch the animals, there was a parasite outbreak in wales a couple weeks ago that’s hospitalised like 16 people 😬

Check with the farm you intend to visit and some won’t allow pregnant people due to insurance. If you are allowed to go don’t touch the animals and wash your hands regularly. Absolutely, do not go in any birthing sheds if they are lambing or calving as this can be very risky for yourself and baby.

We go to a farm park quite often having 2 toddlers. They have signs to say not to touch the sheep and goats if you’re pregnant. I always just wash my hands extra frequently and avoid contact with animals even though all I want to do is give them all the biggest cuddles

I have a horse and up the farm couple of times a week. The only thing I didn’t do was touch the lambs when they were born and I don’t really go near the cows. Just make sure I wash my hands throughly when I get home (no hot water or soap at the stables) x
