Smoothies for breakfast, no sugar added yogurt, cottage cheese, shredded chicken, runny egg yolks, protein pancakes made with cottage cheese eggs and oats. Mashed banana and avocado.
I did slow cooker cubed beef with lots of veggies the other day, mashed and froze about 8 portions:) also baked salmon and flaked and froze, about 6 servings from a slice. I mix this kind of thing with Sweet potato or butternut squash when I want to give hardcore protein a few times a week. I serve this kind of thing for lunch in case hard to digest at dinner which I keep light (steamed fruit and yogurt usually)
We switched to blw a few weeks ago and he tends to have pinwheels of some sort (batch cook and freeze) with some fruit and yogurt for lunch and orzo paste with a sauce of some sort for dinner or veggies x
