Healthy breakfast ideas

I am terrible at eating a healthy breakfast because I hate regular breakfast foods…. I don’t like any type of milk, yogurt, eggs or avocado. Ideas/suggestions welcome 😄😄

What about bagel thins with turkey bacon/low fat sausages & cheese? Lots of protein. Or banana pancakes/baked oats? These can all be batch cooked

Blend oats with a banana, oat milk, and some protein powder, pour into oven proof dish and bake until it’s a consistency you like, throw on some dark choc chips and raspberries and it’s like cake for breakfast!

My husband eats soup for breakfast with avocado and/or chicken on toast. He doesn't like regular breakfast so he just eats what he wants. Eat what you like!

Fruit and toast? I love blueberries, raspberries, apple, banana for breakfast.
