How to eat!

I am so good adverse right now even watermelon is hard to eat right now. I’ve been living off of milk and crackers and watermelons for 2 days and I’m getting shakey and it’s hard to walk around. I don’t know what to do even broth is repugnant

Whose in NHS has to help me!

I will travel to hot country for a month. I want to take with me medicines for my LO. For diarrhoea, vomiting... who's going to give me name of medicines? And I will start nutrition for my LO over there, whose going to give me a program of it please? (Leaflet or book for that)

Go to fake “treat”

So my numbers have been easily controlled this pregnancy with diet. But that diet has to be my plate consisting of 50-75% veggies and the rest being a protein (ie chicken steak fish etc) anything else makes my numbers wild.
