ECV Experiences?

I’ll be 38 weeks tomorrow and baby has been breech since 35 weeks. I’m scheduled for an ECV and possible c-section next Friday. I’m worried the ECV will stress baby out and lead to an emergency c-section but I also really want to deliver vaginally if at all possible. For anyone else who has had a breech and had to...

I went into hosp...

C-section or vbac pros and cons

So I had a c-section back in December 2020 because I couldn’t get past 8cm. I’m currently pregnant with my second due in august and I’m wanting a vbac and the ob feels I should be able to but for the moms that have had a vbac or second c-section I want to know pro and cons to figure out which is better for me. This ...

Is it possible at 28 weeks your baby can drop ? I feel the baby kicking low down and head at the top under my breast . Is this normal or should I be worried the baby may possibly come early as I thought yesterday I lost some of my mucus plug ?

Steroid Injections before 38/39 weeks

Was anyone else who had a c section offered the steroids? I’m having my section at 37 weeks and have been advised to have them (purely because I’m having a section if I was having natural labour I wouldn’t be offered them she said as baby can’t clear their lungs) - I don’t particularly want them due to my own resea...

Scar redness

Hi ladies, I’m currently 9 weeks PP. My scar originally reopened on one side a couple of days after c-section and it took about 5 weeks or maybe longer for it to close back up. It is now closed. Any ideas?

Has anyone got any ideas what we can do in this scenario? I'm due to be induced on Sunday, and I know it can take anywhere from 1 to 5 days. I'm already upset that I have to be induced and don't want to labour and birth alone. Me and my partner did a test during the night where I rang him when I went to the toilet j...
