2 under 2 is coming tho!

Just got the call that I have GD. What does this mean now, will I have to completely diet or just make sure I’m careful and do some extra activity if I have a ‘bad’ meal (takeaway or meal out for example) Worrying about keeping my baby healthy now 😔❤️
