If your baby is on HIPP Organic, what is a normal poo like for them (baby is 11 weeks old) & how regularly do they go? Thanks!

My 4-week-old baby feeds every 1-1.5 hours and burps after every feeding. I keep her upright for about 20 minutes after feeding before laying her down to sleep, but she still spit up a significant amount of milk, sometimes even 40 minutes later, and it comes out like a stream. Fed by goat formula exclusively.

Should I shower my baby everyday ? I shower mines every other day because I heard it can dry out their skin especially in the cold season. He is under one year.
