Toddler Make Up

Hi ladies- I wanted some input on this. So my 2 year old (26 months) loves her wooden play make up sets. I was thinking about getting a play make up kit for one of her Xmas gifts- that has like easy wash off non toxic make up she can play with. But I’m wondering if maybe I shouldn’t? I personally don’t wear a lot...

Struggling to poop

My 8 month old has been having a hard time pooping. He gets so red and cries like he’s in pain and he only poop like as small as a quarter. He’s on formula and here and there he will sometimes have baby food. Which is still kind of new to his diet. I’m not sure what to do. I haven’t really seen a full dirty diaper i...

to vax or not to

anyone else opt out of vaccing their little ones. Me and my husband decided not to give her the vaccines and she’s been great, she’s four months 3 weeks, but sometimes the thought kind of worries me since I don’t know anyone else who hasn’t vaxed.

Refusing bedtime bottle

Today I made a homemade meal for my 6 month old boys dinner. I have normally been giving him pouches and jars! He is a big eater and is normally always hungry! He always has an 8 ounce bottle before bed however, tonight he only had 2 ounces and I’m a little concerned as this is so unusual for him. Could it maybe ...

Midwife/ health visitor home visit prior to birth

Hi everyone. I've heard quite a few people talk about having a home visit a few weeks before baby is here. I'm 38 weeks now and haven't heard any word of this? Is everyone offered one or just some people? Just to know if I should be chasing it up or not.

After a traumatic 3 night hospital stay last week my 18 month old won’t take baths alone-does any one have any advice?

She loves having baths and water and we go swimming but last week was an awful experience in hospital and she is now timid and extra clingy.

8/12/16 week jabs

I know this is probably a silly question and people will think I’m stupid.. please no hate. But I’m so nervous about my little boy having his jabs, and if I’m honest i had no jabs when pregnant because i am always scared about reactions etc. My parents got me jabbed when i was a baby, but i just wondered if everyone...

When did you take your baby out to populated places for the first time?

I have a 4 week and I am too scared to take him anywhere other than on walks in unbusy areas and our house. Very scared of germs and waiting for his vaccines. When did everyone else take their LO out and about?

I don’t know what to do

My baby just turned 8 weeks yesterday and he cries constantly and has since birth. I’m so sad, I feel like such a bad mom not being able to help him. He’s ebf but I have tried goat milk formula and nutramigen to see if maybe he has a dairy issue. I’ve also tried cutting dairy, caffeine, gluten out of my diet to see ...

Sick or reflux??

Silly question from an anxious FTM how do I tell the difference between a a normal amount of baby sick, and reflux? Past few days my 3 week old has started to be more fussy after feeds and quite burpy/sicky. I don’t know what a normal amount of sick is, and whether his cries of discomfort are normal, or could be ref...
