I am 11 weeks postpartum and i am really struggling with my bowl movements. I can only go after a coffee in the morning and it does not come out properly and I cannot empty my bowels. I’ve been eating high in fibre and drinking water.

Has anyone experienced this. I thought bowels maybe we’re going back to normal, but it’s not. I don’t get any stomach aches as such but it’s very frustrating that I cannot empty bowels and my stools don’t come out properly formed.

Bath seats

Our twins have out grown the angel bath seat and we bought one of those upright seats but it’s so difficult to wash them especially their butts and hair. What’s everyone using or tips for the upright seat. Thanks!

How long does a trainee HV shadow our main one? And can we ask that a trainee doesn’t come? Or do they have to ask us permission/just let us know before hand? Just curious
