Is anyone else’s 18 month old still not walking?

My one year old (almost 2) is hitting and throwing stuff at dad and I when she gets upset. We’ve tried positive reinforcement, simply telling her “no hitting”, redirected her, tried calming her down, 1-2 minute time outs. But none of it helps or seems to work for her. Any advice or solutions?

My baby is 8 months and he’s not crawling at all. He’s shown some signs of like “going to” but doesn’t crawl. we do tummy time despite him hating it- should I be worried if he’s not crawling ??

My little boy is 3.5 and is very intelligent however his focus levels have completely deteriorated. If we ask him a question that we know he knows the answer to 9/10 he won't respond we have to get his attention and ask him again and then he will answer. Any tips on increasing focus levels?
