Getting pram down

For those who live in flats with no lifts, how do you get pram and baby down? When I was using the car seat attachment, I would place him outside the door and run down with the buggy (we live on first floor so would only take seconds and he would be in my eyesight at all times) Now that we have transitioned to t...

My baby is due in April and my toddler will be 2 years and 4 months old. Would you bother with a double pram at this point? My toddler is a confident walker but does tend to get lazy after 15 mins or so. I’m thinking about a buggy board for her or she can go in the pushchair and baby can go in the carrier. But I don...
