Is this lice or like nit ?

Ok so, I've never dealt with lice yet.. and I have no idea if that's it or like the eggs? My son was itching his hair so I did a lice shampoo, I did not see anything on his scalp but using the comb lice afterward so many of this came out.. online picture don't help me.. please do tell me your opinion!
