Sleep

Hey everyone! So here is my thing… my daughter used to sleep on her own in a crib (not through the night and has ALWAYS been a bad sleeper) and we had a strict routine… but we had to get ride of her crib because she was too big for it and was waking herself up because of not having enough room…. Anyway… we live in...

Feel like not doing enough with my baby

He’s 4 months and he gets grumpy a lot because he gets tired easy, he’s definitely a high sleep needing baby. He won’t sleep properly if we go out so I feel bad being out with him for too long, like to get him home where he’s content. He also acts different when we’re out. He won’t smile at me from his pram, not ...

Wake windows

How do you actually stick to wake windows? My baby is 7 months and currently on 3 naps but I feel like sometimes when I’m out and about she falls asleep and her naps are all over the place which messes up her schedule The only way her sleep pattern is good for the day is when we’re at home all day

If you offer a second nap, what time (ish) do you offer?

Quite honestly I started transitioning to one nap at 11 months old! I find it so hard to get her to sleep and once she is it's such a short nap.

Reflux

Hi all My little boy is on cow and Gate formula. He is 3 months old now and suffers from reflux. He has been on gaviscon since he was 6 weeks old but he's still sick after most feed and can still keep being sick for hours after his feed. Im thinking now that he could be intolerant to the formula. Has anyone had...

Is it just me???

Any other mums that are feeding formula just turn the kettle on as soon as they walk into the kitchen. Not even to make a bottle.. even if it’s just to put some shopping away, or load the dishwasher or to get a snack. I always, always, turn the kettle on even if I’m not making him a bottle. Habit?

Waking for the day at 5.30

My lo wakes at 5.30 every day. It used to be 639/7. Why is this? A regression? He naps 12-2 And night sleeps 730-530 Does this mean he should have less of a nap? But even then, he's up at 5.30 and looks tired. We're currently moving house so could be that or a sleep regression? What do you do? How many hours d...

Car seat and holidays

In June I'll be going on holiday with my 3 1/2yr old for the 1st time. I've been recommended to take our own car seat with us to save money on renting one while we're away. But I have no idea how it works. Like does the seat get taken with the suitcases or is it something we keep till we board the plane? Also if ...
