We have celebrated our bday with some kids and their families. Wondering why would one give used gifts that too packed in gift cover.
What have you brought/buying baby for their 1st birthdays?
We as parents don't speak, but kids wish to buy him a gift (with my money of course). His not stepping up IMO sees his kids once per month, consistently pays child support (£50per child each month 🙄) He don't deserve NADA but I will do it for the kids.
Ladies tell me how it is are you overflowing with toys in a small flat too? How do you cope, organising, downsizing, donating, throwing out old unused or shabby things. I was raised to treasure every tiny thing and to never get rid of things and that getting rid of a gift was the biggest offence possible to do to a ...
So my friend had a joint party with 2 other moms. They all agreed to split the fee of the venue (sorted). Mom A said she doesn’t mind paying for decorations/party bags and other party things (mom B made requests for matching clothes also paid by Mom A . Mom B said she will find a cake. Mom C said she will do food. P...
I normally get her flowers delivered but I'm going to be with her for the first time in like 17 years on her actual birthday. (It's on Saturday). I have the same bracelet. I'm flying on Friday so stuff has to fit in my personal item.
Okay so I was thinking of selling crochet sets. Like toy sets, food sets, etc. how many toys/foods would you like to see in a “set” 2, 4, 6, 10+? How much would you pay for that set? Like for mini stuffies, would you do 4 for 40? Or for foods, would you do 4 for 65? What would you do as a mom?
Kiddo is due late next month, and we have a few people that have asked us if we still need things and want to sent us things. All I can think of is asking them to contribute to a college fund😵💫, but that feels a little crass asking for money.
What's the going rate on children's birthday gifts? We've been invited to a few parties and not sure of the expected gift spend is?
I’m so late with this but I want to keep getting him just one egg and little bits but I just don’t know what little bits to get I’ve got him an Easter book, but then my mind goes blank! 🤣 any ideas what to get would be appreciated 🐰

I am thinking about getting my son a present ‘from baby’ for when they first meet Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could get for him? Can’t be to big as would probably pack it in my hospital bag, nothing to expensive, just a little something that he could keep 😊
I’ve been on a desperate search trying to find this stuffy to buy an extra or 2. My 17m girl recently got attached to this one about 2 months ago. I didn’t realize how dirty it would get lol I’ve found a few online, but everywhere that has had them, they’re not longer available or out of stock. I’m wanting to get ex...

Its my husband’s birthday soon and I’m having trouble thinking of gifts. For context: he is leaving for a couple months and will be gone for it. I’ve come up with one gift but it seems too small as he has a milestone birthday coming (21). I’m thinking of getting him a challenge coin with a skull eating crayons. He l...
I got my hair done for 200$ I tipped her 25$ plus I brought her a Starbucks drink. Is this enough? Now second guessing it
Hey mamas, I'm not good with a budget, I tend to over or under spend on gifts for people I'm not close to. My toddler was invited to a classmate's (from daycare) birthday party. This will be the first Ill be meeting this classmate's parents. What's like an ideal budget for a gift? I got something that's around $30. ...

Looking for some advice please - I’ve been searching for a new car for myself however my partner and I have been discussing the option of buying a car to share between the two of us. We both work from home, and could easily work around the logistics of who needs to take the car out to do what that day. I know it wil...
My Nana (Granny) - used to care for ALL the grandkids for the whole summer. And she did not buy the NAME BRAND soda- (ex. Pepsi ) because we drink it up too fast. Instead she would make Kool aid and buy Seltzer water. And if we wanted soda- we would mix them together. Today I love seltzer water. And every time I...
